We are excited to share the beautiful story of Jane and Brian’s Oahu venue wedding! Every love story begins somewhere, some in grand gestures, others over a cup of coffee and a dash of chaos. For Jane and Brian, it started with a Coffee Meets Bagel match and one very memorable first date. She showed up sick, he insisted on paying, and before the night was over, they shared a hug that somehow changed everything. The next day, Jane called with unexpected news, she’d tested positive for COVID. Brian still jokes that she “tried to unalive him” on their first date. Thankfully, two negative tests later, love prevailed!

Fast forward two years, countless adventures, and one sparkly trip to pick out rings, and they found themselves saying “I do” in paradise. Their Oahu venue wedding was everything they’d dreamed of: simple, joyful, and filled with the warmth of friends and family…

The Perfect Day

With demanding careers and limited time off, Hawaii was the perfect choice! It’s a destination far enough to feel like an escape, yet close enough to truly enjoy. The day was absolutely beautiful: sunshine spilling into the chapel and distant waves crashing outside. The chapel was the perfect place to say their “I, do” because it filled their ceremony with love and light in the most ethereal way!

Jane looked radiant, her city-girl elegance glowing in the bright Kailana Chapel, while Brian brought his easygoing, outdoorsy charm.

Together, they make the perfect pair, balancing ambition with adventure, city lights with starlit beaches. And on their wedding day, surrounded by loved ones and their adorable pup Coco waiting back home, they celebrated the kind of love that’s both grounding and wild.

Just Us

After the ceremony, they wandered hand-in-hand through the venue’s tropical grounds and along the beach for their portraits. The soft, diffused light wrapped around them, turning every photo into a romantic dream. They laughed, danced, and soaked in that “just married” magic…the kind that lives forever in every image.

Together With You

Allie, a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in helping new moms and babies, and Logan, a traveling Medical Laboratory Scientist, found their perfect match in each other. Their shared passion for caring for others has brought them together on a journey filled with love and adventure. It was only fitting that they chose the enchanting paradise of Hawaii to mark the beginning of their forever!

Hawaii had always held a special place in Allie and Logan’s hearts. They had visited this tropical haven before, but this time was different. This time, they returned to exchange vows and declare their love to the world. The sheer happiness radiating from their faces as they walked together to the sandy altar. Everyone was so happy to be there to celebrate these two!

The setting of Paradise Cove added an extra touch of magic to their special day. With a pristine beach and lush greenery, it provided the perfect backdrop for their intimate ceremony. As they stood hand in hand at the sandy altar under the framing palm trees, it was clear how significant this day was to them both!

As the sun kissed the horizon, casting a warm glow over the beach, the newlyweds ventured further on the lush lawn and then the beach for their portraits. Their beaming smiles and the undeniable love between them were captured in stunning detail! We love how the pop of blue in Allie’s bouquet reflects Logan’s suit! We are all for a blue suit! These photographs truly speak a thousand words, conveying the significance and beauty of this unforgettable moment!

Claire and AJ wanted an excuse to get out of California and explore a new destination. They also wanted their loved ones to have a fun, memorable experience as well. When they began planning their special day, they realized a wedding in Oahu would be perfect for them! Keep scrolling to see more of this stunning occasion!

Kualoa Secret Island created a breathtaking stage for the event. When you’re on the boat heading to this private spot, you’ll feel as if you’re entering a fairytale land! The staggering mountains, cerulean water, and ivory sand decorate the background beautifully. We like how the sunset’s rays make the silky clouds glow dreamily! Above all, this location had enough space for all eighteen guests.

The Enchanting Wedding in Oahu

The first people to arrive on the island were AJ and the eighteen guests. When the ceremony began, our gorgeous bride gracefully walked down the aisle with her father by her side! Claire looked regal in her timeless wedding gown, while AJ looked sophisticated in his navy suit! We love how our groom tied in one of the wedding colors with the blush tie. 

We adore the burgundy, blush, and white color scheme our delightful couple chose! In our bride’s custom bouquet by Sweet Blossom Hawaii, you can see how every hue blends exquisitely! The deep tones contrast with the soft light shades effortlessly. All the leaves are a soft green color; they look pleasant with the burgundy berries.

Our Couple’s Story

Claire and AJ first met at Colorado State University, when mutual friends introduced them to one other. After a few years together, our cute couple got engaged in 2019 following a romantic dinner. AJ wrote Claire a heartfelt note and popped the question at home! During their relationship, they’ve had to spend several years long-distance. Now, they are thankful they don’t have to be apart again!

This getaway was our adventurous couple’s first time in Hawaii! COVID derailed many of their travel plans, and they have always wanted to visit the islands. Having a wedding in Oahu was perfect because they got to enjoy paradise and have a magical ceremony!

Claire and Matt were wed on the shore of Kualoa Ranch’s Secret Island with an Oahu destination wedding that was both relaxing and beautiful. With Chinaman’s Hat on the horizon and framed by a burgundy arch, it was a magical day with a couple in love. 

The Oahu Destination Wedding

Rose petals framed the aisle for Claire and Matt’s Oahu destination wedding as their guests watched them tie their lives together. Holding a tropical elegance bouquet in blue, Claire looked stunning in a traditional gown and the radiant smile of a bride in love. Matt was sporting his unique style in a checkered jacket and a patterned fuschia tie.  When the moment came for our couple to clasp hands, the joy was tangible. Claire and Matt were so excited to tie their lives together.

Following the ceremony, the talented Karma Hill Photography team took Claire and Matt aside to capture gorgeous photos of their first few minutes as husband and wife. We were all about their sweet expressions! Once it was time to return, our couple sailed back to the dock on a traditional Hawaiian fishing boat. It was an incredible day!
