Ready for a sweet Oahu venue wedding story? Every great love story has a little sparkle, and for Jinyi and Raymond, it began quite literally under the glow of the Hope Diamond. They met at the Natural History Museum in Washington, D.C., where fate (and maybe a shared love for history and art) drew their eyes to the same gem. A few years later, Raymond recreated that magical moment, proposing with a model of the museum and hiding the ring right where the Hope Diamond would have been. The rest, as they say, is history!

Their Oahu wedding at Crystal Chapel was every bit as radiant as their beginning. The chapel, with its tall arched windows and soft natural light streaming through, seemed to glow around them. From the moment Precious walked down the aisle at Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute, escorted with such pride and emotion, the day was threaded with meaning. Sylvia, a registered nurse, thrives on staying busy, whether it’s tackling to-do lists or enjoying time with friends by the pool or out at dinner. Imagine white florals framing the ceremony space, guests gathered on a lush lawn, and the Pacific stretching endlessly behind them. The setting felt private and serene, yet grand enough to honor such a milestone moment. With most of their friends and family living on Oahu too, the day became a true community celebration, everyone coming together to witness their vows in a place that already felt like part of their love story.

They first met while working at In-N-Out, and what started as coworkers turned into something so much more. Their first vacation together was to Oahu, and years later, Salvador proposed there on Jasmine’s 25th birthday. So when it came time to choose the perfect setting for their wedding, there was no question. Oahu had already written itself into their love story!

Their Oahu venue wedding at Paradise Cove Luau was everything they dreamed of: relaxed, intimate, and achingly romantic. The beachfront location shimmered in the sunshine. The couple surrounded themselves with elegance in the form of towering white silk floral towers; flowers upon flowers framed the ceremony in timeless beauty.
