But as they hit their 20-year milestone, 2023 felt like the perfect time to finally say “I do.”
Their choice of Oahu for the wedding was no accident. After an October 2022 family trip was derailed by illness, Vanessa and Davince returned in March 2023 for a do-over. Falling in love with the island’s charm, they decided this was where they wanted to celebrate their special day. The ceremony was tropical elegance at it’s best. Vanessa walked down the aisle, radiant in her stunning gown, leaving Davince momentarily speechless. The warmth of the sun matched the joy of their friends and family, all gathered to witness their vows—a moment filled with deep emotion and happiness. As they sealed their promises with a kiss, everyone clapped and cheered.
Afterward, the newlyweds took to the beach for portraits, where they literally glowed against the lush Oahu landscape. The love between them was palpable, captured beautifully in each frame as they celebrated their new chapter surrounded by nature’s grandeur. And let’s talk about that train?
