Shining Moments – Kateland & Jordan’s Oahu Venue Wedding

Some couples are a perfect balance, like sunshine and shade, logic and laughter. Kateland and Jordan’s Oahu venue wedding at Kailana Chapel was exactly that: a blend of calm simplicity and joyful connection, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Hawaiʻi.

Both working in technology, Kateland and Jordan share the same foundation but bring such different energy to the table, a balance that makes them stronger together. They met the way so many modern love stories begin, through a dating app back in 2017. And it didn’t take long for things to click! Over time, they built a life filled with shared adventures, cozy nights with their dog Murphy, and plans for a future filled with family.

When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted something easy and meaningful. No stress, no fuss, just a celebration focused on what mattered most: each other. Kailana Chapel offered the perfect setting, with its luminous windows, delicate tropical light, and timeless island charm…

Love & Light

The day was intimate but beautiful. Kateland looked radiant in her gown, her smile glowing against the soft hues of the chapel’s white arches. Jordan, standing tall and a little emotional, couldn’t take his eyes off her. Their ceremony felt peaceful and intentional, a moment of stillness in one of their favorite places on Earth.

Kailana Chapel itself was breathtaking, pure white with soft touches of tropical greens. As sunlight poured in, it turned everything bright and serene. The ocean shimmered nearby, and the entire room felt weightless, full of warmth and peace.

Afterward, they stepped outside into the sunshine, where the day opened up into color and warmth. The ocean shimmered just beyond the chapel, and the setting couldn’t have been more postcard-worthy! Their portraits on the lawn were bright, joyful, and effortless.

Kateland’s veil danced in the wind while Jordan held her close, both of them relaxed and completely at ease. They clearly are so in love and have so much fun together!

The property offered countless little spots to slip away and capture beautiful photos. It’s hard to pick a favorite photo from their Oahu venue wedding! Aren’t they a gorgeous couple?!
