Oahu Beach Weddings

With their ten-month-old son, Zalen, looking on in fascination, Britney and Broden joined hands beside the rolling sea to begin a new chapter in their lives together. Having made the trip from down under, the Australian duo was completely head over heels for one another when we caught up with them on Oahu’s Waimanalo Bay. While Kahu Pomaika’i led them through the language of love, the stunning couple followed along with the words that would find them declared husband and wife before the end. It was a phenomenal evening along the coast, one filled with romance and laughter as the sun melted towards the sea. We cannot thank Britney and Broden enough for allowing our Simple Oahu Team the opportunity to be a part of the magic of this moment during your Oahu Beach Elopement. As the soft sand shifted beneath their feet, Qing and Yucong held hands for the moment of a lifetime. Leaving the cold Indiana winter behind, they set out for an Oahu Beach Wedding that would begin their new adventure together. Joined by a handful of loved ones, the darling duo exchanged their own custom vows in addition to the language of love that Rev. John led them through. It was a heartfelt moment captured by the Oahu wedding photographer Karma Hill photography, that showcased touching laughs and tender smiles. Haleiwa Alii Beach Park was the perfect place for the bride and groom to say I do in Hawaii. We were so honored to be a part of this special time in their lives along the pristine coast of Oahu. In a setting aptly named Paradise Cove, local couple Ezra and Stanley joined a collection of loved ones for the ceremony of a lifetime. With the spectacular Pacific sparkling in the background, it was a dream come true for an adorable pair that is lucky enough to call Hawaii home. Ezra with her stunning floral crown and spectacular dress took Stanley’s breath away, setting the tone for this magical ceremony.  Stunning smiles from ear to ear graced the faces of all of those in attendance as our new friends made the promises to last a lifetime. It was an incredible sight to see so much love and joy on display on a perfect Hawaiian evening. As a new day began, a beautiful journey also started for Georgia couple Danielle and Nathan. With the Oahu ocean sparkling in the distance, the stunning pair enjoyed some quality time with loved ones as they prepared for the moment they had been waiting for. Before ‘I Do’, they first stole a chance to be alone where they could revel in their joy and share their excitement with one another. Then, it was time for the big moment. As those they hold dear gathered around, they strolled down to the sandy shore from their rented beach house and started the first day of the rest of their lives. With words of love and promises of tomorrow dancing on the breeze, the declaration of their newly married status was met with cheers of joy, accented by the sweet sounds of the ukulele. It was an amazing memory created at their Oahu Beach Wedding and one we are honored to have captured it. Thank you, Danielle and Nathan, for letting the Simple Oahu Wedding team be a part of your happily ever after. We wish you a lifetime of joy together and hope to cross paths again one day. Oahu Wedding Location: Waimanalo Beach

We see couples come to Hawaii from all over the world for their Oahu beach wedding, but Melissa & Blake are lucky enough to live here! They traveled from the other side of the island to enjoy a dreamy north shore Oahu wedding. Escaping the everyday life and joined by a small group of family, this sweet pair said “I-Do” as the sun began to set at Papailoa Beach. Though their dogs are the reason they met, they left the four-legged family members at home so that they could focus on each other as they enjoyed a Hawaiian-inspired ceremony and magical portraits afterward. They had so much fun on the beach while looking very stylish. Blake kept it cool in his vest and tie, and Melissa’s dress looked perfect in the sea breeze and soft sunset light. As the beach grew darker, we bid farewell to the lovebirds, who were off to enjoy a nice dinner as husband and wife. We hope to see the newlyweds around Oahu, and we wish them all the best for a lifetime of love and happiness!

On a stunning Hawaiian night, Katherine & Ivan began a new journey together. With her 11 year old son on hand to support them, they enjoyed an Oahu Elopement beside the sparkling sea. As Rev. Kimo Taylor presided over an emotional and heartfelt ceremony, this adorable Maryland duo exchanged vows that promised of forever. Ysan even got in on the fun when his loving family presented him with a lei, a customary practice in the Aloha State. While the dramatic coastline and endless sea anchored their back drop, they looked in one another’s eyes and were declared husband a wife. It was a breathtaking evening for a family most deserving.

We were so honored to be a part of this magical moment and we are grateful to have been chosen. Thank you, Kathy and Ivan, it’s been our pleasure. The entire team at Simple Oahu Wedding wishes you all the love and happiness in the world in the years to come.

Oahu Elopement on Yokahama Beach in Oahu, Hawaii

We love morning Oahu weddings, they are simply stunning! What better way to start your day than to wake up and get married to the love of your life! Charlotte and Gino eloped to Hawaii and wanted the beautiful scenery of Oahu’s windward east shore as the backdrop for their vows.  With their toes in the sand, they pledged their love for one another and were surrounded by natures perfect backdrop for their photos. This fun and adventurous couple was a blast to work with. They had some great ideas for their photos when working with their Oahu wedding photographer Karma Hill Photography and were in solid model status with their abilities in front of the camera! Having an Oahu Elopement is so much fun because we get to focus so much on the couple without the distraction of other events.
