An Oahu elopement at Kualoa Regional Park Beach feels like stepping into a postcard, and Kristin and Theodore’s day carried that exact kind of magic. Surrounded by lush green mountains and soft ocean air, they stood together in a space that felt both peaceful and cinematic. From the very start, their connection felt easy and natural.

During the ceremony, they smiled with their hands gently intertwined, fully present in each moment. Because of that, everything felt grounded and sincere. In turn, the atmosphere reflected a quiet kind of joy that never felt forced.

Their story holds an adventurous spark that is impossible to miss. They met three years ago and quickly built something meaningful. Later, Theodore proposed beside a volcano in Sicily, which makes perfect sense for a couple that loves to explore. As they exchanged vows in Oahu, the mountains rose behind them, and the moment felt both intimate and expansive.

As the day continued, their love showed up in both big and subtle ways. Against the lush green backdrop, they laughed easily and stayed close. At the same time, quieter moments added depth and balance. Because of this, the entire day flowed with a sense of ease that felt genuine and full of heart.

Kristin and Theodore, your day felt both heartfelt and joyful, and every detail reflected the life you are building together. From North Carolina to Hawaii, your story carries so much intention. We feel honored to have witnessed this chapter, and we hope these memories always bring you back to the warmth and love of your Oahu elopement.

Kristin and Theodore, congratulations on a love that feels both grounded and adventurous. Your story is just getting started, and it is already something so beautiful.

An Oahu beach wedding like Ryan and Chris’s feels less like a single day and more like a full-circle moment. Set along the soft sands of Paradise Cove Beach, their story unfolded in a place that already held meaning for them. It felt familiar in the best way.

They met at a pool party and quickly found a rhythm that felt easy and right. As their relationship grew, so did their conversations about the future. When it came time to get engaged, they chose to do it their way. They picked the rings together and chose a date that felt right. Then, standing side by side on the beach, they each took a turn getting down on one knee. It was intentional, equal, and deeply them.

That same energy carried through every part of their wedding day. Dressed in light linen suits in soft tones of tan, white, and blue, they looked effortlessly in sync against the ocean backdrop. As the day unfolded, they laughed easily and stayed close without hesitation. They moved along the shoreline with a kind of comfort you cannot fake.

There were quiet moments, like holding hands after exchanging leis. There were also playful ones, like smiling mid embrace with the waves rolling in behind them. Because of this, their connection felt both grounded and light. It is clearly built on shared routines, big dreams, and a life that already fits together beautifully.

As the sun softened over the water, everything about their day felt like a reflection of who they are. Creative, driven, and deeply connected. From running a dance studio to building a nationwide brand, they have built a life full of passion and movement, and yet, here, everything slowed down just enough to take it all in.

Ryan and Chris, thank you for trusting us to capture your Oahu beach wedding. It was an honor to witness a love that is so clearly chosen, every single day.

Congratulations to you both on this beautiful next chapter and a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and endless adventure together!

There is something undeniably charming about a love story that starts with a simple message and grows into something this meaningful. Melanie and Jeremiah’s Oahu Elopement at Paradise Cove Beach felt like the perfect reflection of that kind of connection, effortless, genuine, and full of heart.

They traveled all the way from Virginia to say their vows along the shores of Ko’olina, with soft waves rolling in behind them and the warm Hawaiian light wrapping everything in a quiet kind of magic. From the moment they saw each other, you could feel the ease between them, the kind built through shared concerts, cozy nights at home, and a life filled with three very loved dogs and plenty of DIY projects.

Melanie & Jeremiah had a couple of uninvited guests show up! They even decided to photobomb a few shots!

As the evening unfolded, their celebration only became more joyful and carefree. They laughed easily, held each other close, and fully embraced every moment of their Oahu Elopement. When it felt like the day could not get any sweeter, they stepped right into the ocean together! It was playful, a little adventurous, and completely them.

The golden sunset reflected off the water as they held onto each other, creating the kind of memories that feel both spontaneous and unforgettable. Melanie and Jeremiah, it was such an honor to capture the beginning of this next chapter for you.

Some love stories take the scenic route, not because they’re uncertain, but because they’re steady enough to wait. Chance and Jessica’s Oahu elopement at Kualoa Beach Park was the perfect reflection of that kind of love: relaxed, carefree, sweet, and quietly romantic.
They met out on the town and fell into each other’s lives with ease, building a relationship that has now spanned eleven years. Chance proposed in December 2019, surrounded by the glow of a beautiful Christmas lights display, magical, joyful, and full of promise. Like so many couples, their original wedding plans were postponed because of COVID. And then… life happened. The days kept moving, the love stayed strong, and eventually they realized they didn’t need a big production to make their marriage meaningful. Keep reading to see more about their beautiful day!

They had never been to Hawaii before, but they knew they loved hiking, beaches, and adventure. And Oahu felt like the perfect place to finally say I do. Choosing an elopement allowed them to strip everything back to what mattered most: the two of them, the moment, and the experience. No timelines to manage. No expectations to meet. Just love.
Kualoa Beach Park offered a breathtaking setting, dramatic mountains rising behind them, ocean stretching endlessly ahead, and an atmosphere that felt both grounding and awe-inspiring. The day unfolded naturally, filled with that unmistakable feeling of rightness. Their ceremony was simple and warm, the kind that comes from years of choosing each other without hesitation.

Their portraits felt genuine and heartfelt, and the joy of finally stepping into this chapter together. They both were such a beautiful sight to behold on the beach! Chance’s white tux and Jessica’s flowy dress was a total dream. Chance and Jessica’s elopement wasn’t about making up for lost time, it was about honoring the love that carried them here. All that mattered was that they were together as one.

A beautiful adventure. A perfect beginning. Congratulations to Chance and Jessica on forever! Mahalo for choosing Simple Oahu Wedding!

Some weddings feel like the perfect mix of romance, tradition, and a little bit of fun. Jordan and Jacqueline’s Oahu venue wedding was all of that and more. Some wedding days feel like a deep breath: calm, intentional, and exactly right. Chase and Sarah’s Oahu venue wedding at the Lanikuhonua Cultural Center was one of those days. Thoughtfully planned and beautifully intimate, it was a celebration rooted in connection, family, and choosing what mattered most.
Sarah had visited Oahu three or four times before, but for Chase and his family, this was their very first experience in Hawaii. That made the setting feel even more meaningful. They chose Oahu not just for its breathtaking beauty, but for its accessibility and heart. With Sarah’s mother’s side of the family living in Japan, Oahu offered a place where her grandmother could easily travel, while still giving Chase’s family an unforgettable island experience. Rather than stretching their budget for a large destination wedding, they leaned into what felt right. It was a small ceremony with close family only, surrounded by love instead of crowds. Keep reading to see more

Their story began in Washington at an ugly Christmas sweater party, the kind of meeting that feels random until you realize it was inevitable. A game of beer pong turned into something more, and not long after, Chase proposed at Gas Works Park in Seattle between a Seattle Sounders game and a Two Door Cinema Club concert. Joyful, spontaneous, and full of energy, very on brand.
Their ceremony was simple and elegant. It was a beautiful celebration of their love and their next chapter. Full of meaning, love, and the kind of devotion only true soulmates have for one another.

Both serving in the U.S. Navy, Chase and Sarah understand commitment in a way few do. Chase is currently deployed aboard the USS Ford in the Mediterranean Sea, while Sarah is stationed in Jacksonville, Florida, counting down the days until she moves back to Washington. Through distance, deployments, and busy schedules, they’ve chosen each other every time. Their beautiful portraits were so stunning around the property, too! From the palm trees to the lawn, every corner was the perfect photo opportunity for these two lovebirds.

At Lanikuhonua, a place rich in cultural significance and natural beauty, they looked completely at ease. Happy. Grounded. Certain. Their smiles said it all. It was a day that felt meaningful and lovely in every way, and the perfect beginning to their next chapter together. Congratulations to you both!

Sometimes love isn’t about grand ballrooms or ornate centerpieces. Sometimes it’s about toes in the sand, the sun warming your face, and the way your person looks at you like you’re the only one on the planet. Amanda and Robert’s Oahu elopement at Paradise Cove beach was just that: simple, stunning, and soaked in sunlight.

Some weddings feel like a beginning and an arrival all at once. And Aliantha and Albert’s Oahu venue wedding at the Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute was exactly that. It was their very first time in Hawaii, a place neither of them quite knew what to expect… and yet, somehow, it felt like the island had been waiting for them all along.
Their story began far from Oahu, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where two lives crossed paths and immediately decided not to uncross. Aliantha, from Brentwood in Northern California, and Albert, from Orange County, a six-hour drive that turned into a year and a half of long distance, patience, and choosing each other over and over again. Eventually, Albert made the move north, a leap of faith that, in his words, became the best decision of his life! In short, these two were destined to be, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring their dream wedding to life!

Curious about their proposal? Because let’s be honest, we love a good proposal story! It was dramatic in the best possible way, on a cliff in Yosemite overlooking the entire valley. Albert was thrilled, nervous, and completely certain. (The best proposals usually include all three!)
Both working in the medical field, they’ve built a life rooted in care and dedication, balanced by a shared love of travel, nature, and adventure. Aliantha finds joy in family time, hiking, and capturing memories through photos, while Albert unwinds through cooking experiments and long runs.

They shared a few first look moments before their ceremony began. It was so special and intimate. There is something special about having this moment just for the two of them! It was so sweet to see Albert’s reaction, too!

Their wedding day at Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute was deeply meaningful. Surrounded by friends and family, ocean stretching endlessly behind them, they exchanged vows in a place rich with culture, beauty, and intention. It felt intimate, grounding, and full of heart.

Their newlywed portraits captured everything perfectly: soft light, knowing smiles, and the kind of closeness that comes from choosing each other through every chapter. A day filled with love, laughter, and promise. Aliantha and Albert, your beginning in Hawaii was nothing short of magical! You can now official call one another husband and wife!

As the sun dipped lower, Aliantha and Albert made their way down to the beach for sunset portraits. And it was the perfect ending to an already meaningful day. The sky softened into warm hues, the ocean shimmered, and everything felt calm and unhurried. How beautiful do they look on the shoreline?

Congratulations, Aliantha and Albert!
Your Oahu wedding was heartfelt, beautiful, and full of intention. Wishing you a lifetime of love, adventure, and many more sunsets together!

Jordan and Jacob’s Oahu venue wedding at Paradise Cove was everything they dreamed of: comfortable, laid-back, and full of heart. It was a day that celebrated not just their love, but the story that brought them together: one that started with a book, a friendship, and a shared love for all things Disney.
Their connection feels like something straight out of a storybook. Jordan first met Jacob through his mom, a young adult author Jordan admired growing up. What began as online friendship slowly blossomed into something deeper, and years later, after moving in together “as friends,” they realized their story was destined for more. So we were delighted to bring their dream wedding day to life! It was worthy of a Disney love story!

So it only made sense that their engagement took place in front of the Beauty and the Beast castle at Disney, a nod to Jordan’s grandparents’ romantic French love story and their mutual obsession with Disney magic. When it came time to plan their wedding, Oahu felt like the perfect choice. It’s an island Jordan has loved since her first visit, a place filled with meaning and memories.
Their wedding day at Paradise Cove was bright, joyful, and filled with love from family and friends, many experiencing Hawaii for the first time. The ceremony was intimate and relaxed, framed by palm trees and soft ocean light, and every laugh and happy tear felt genuine.

After the ceremony, we took advantage of the gorgeous Oahu sunshine and wandered around the Paradise Cove property for newlywed portraits. The light was vibrant and bright, wrapping Jordan and Jacob in that signature Hawaiian glow. They were completely at ease, laughing, holding hands, and soaking in the joy of finally being married. We captured them beneath swaying palms, along the garden paths, and finally down by the beach, where the ocean shimmered behind them.
Our Oahu wedding photography style focuses on capturing those unposed, heartfelt moments, the natural smiles, the colors of the island, and the emotions that make a wedding day unforgettable. Jordan and Jacob’s portraits reflected all of that: warmth, connection, and joy!

Congratulations, Jordan and Jacob! Your day was as magical and meaningful as your love story. Here’s to a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and happily ever after!

Some couples are a perfect balance, like sunshine and shade, logic and laughter. Kateland and Jordan’s Oahu venue wedding at Kailana Chapel was exactly that: a blend of calm simplicity and joyful connection, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Hawaiʻi.
Both working in technology, Kateland and Jordan share the same foundation but bring such different energy to the table, a balance that makes them stronger together. They met the way so many modern love stories begin, through a dating app back in 2017. And it didn’t take long for things to click! Over time, they built a life filled with shared adventures, cozy nights with their dog Murphy, and plans for a future filled with family.
When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted something easy and meaningful. No stress, no fuss, just a celebration focused on what mattered most: each other. Kailana Chapel offered the perfect setting, with its luminous windows, delicate tropical light, and timeless island charm…

The day was intimate but beautiful. Kateland looked radiant in her gown, her smile glowing against the soft hues of the chapel’s white arches. Jordan, standing tall and a little emotional, couldn’t take his eyes off her. Their ceremony felt peaceful and intentional, a moment of stillness in one of their favorite places on Earth.
Kailana Chapel itself was breathtaking, pure white with soft touches of tropical greens. As sunlight poured in, it turned everything bright and serene. The ocean shimmered nearby, and the entire room felt weightless, full of warmth and peace.

Afterward, they stepped outside into the sunshine, where the day opened up into color and warmth. The ocean shimmered just beyond the chapel, and the setting couldn’t have been more postcard-worthy! Their portraits on the lawn were bright, joyful, and effortless.
Kateland’s veil danced in the wind while Jordan held her close, both of them relaxed and completely at ease. They clearly are so in love and have so much fun together!
The property offered countless little spots to slip away and capture beautiful photos. It’s hard to pick a favorite photo from their Oahu venue wedding! Aren’t they a gorgeous couple?!

Congratulations, Kateland and Jordan! Your day was the perfect reflection of who you are: balanced, bright, and full of love! We’re so happy for you both and wish you a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and light, wherever life takes you next! Enjoy your time in Hawaii!
