There was so much love and happiness at Sarah and Michael’s Oahu beach wedding, it felt like it was carried through the wind. Waimanalo set the stage with vibrant aqua waters and the purest white sands. With their children in attendance and a private musician serenading, this was a ceremony flooded with sweetness.

With a tropical breeze in the air, a handsome groom, and two awesome kids awaiting her entrance, Sarah was practically a goddess in white. Wearing a simple yet elegant gown with a bold front slit perfect for the sandy venue, Sarah expertly pulled off beachy sophistication.

We loved how the whole crew’s style pulled together, with the guys in classic suits and the ladies in flowing fabrics. Speaking of the whole crew being pulled together, how adorable are these matching smiles! Keep scrolling for all the sweet moments!

Sarah works in advertising, and Mike work’s in the print industry. It goes without saying, but these two love being creative! They also love being outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, road trips, and finding new favorite food spots.
Our bride tells their story: “I met Mike at my previous job at this Print Shop in Tempe, Arizona. He was in production and I was in sales, so it was a perfect yin and yang. Also, he fell in love with me the moment I walked in, ha! We were engaged last summer, just outside my hometown of Yuma. We took a jeep ride out with the kids to the middle of the desert in a spot called the Valley of Names to check out the Neowise comet. The valley of names is a spot where people go out and write their names in the light sand with these burnt, black rocks. A few years prior, Mike and I had written our names out there, next to my family one done a couple of decades earlier. Once we found the spot Mike proposed!”
How sweet is that?! How sweet are these photos?! How sweet is this couple?!

Congratulations, Sarah and Michael! It was truly a joy working with you and your wonderful children. We wish you all the happiness and love in the years ahead!

Samra and Chris chose to elope in Oahu after COVID made other options difficult, and it turns out, it wasn’t simply the safest option, it was the best option. Paradise Cove Beach set the stage, decorating for the ceremony with honey lighting and dazzling seascapes. Tropical palms, white sands, and a handful of loved ones put the final touches on a wedding day that dreams are made of.

Samra works in higher education, helping students with disabilities and chronic health conditions get accommodations for their courses, and Chris just recently finished a Ph.D. in Geology (specifically paleontology) and is looking for a professor position. Together they love to travel and adore all things Disney. It comes as no surprise that they both love reading and watching movies. Chris even owns over 1300 movies! They have one furbaby, a black cat named Preacher, who thinks he’s the king of the house.

Samra and Chris have such a sweet love story, that we felt it was best to let them tell it themselves. Be prepared for romance overload!

“On my 26th birthday, I went out to celebrate with some of my friends. One by one, the crowd began to thin, and eventually, the remaining crew ended up at the 90s bar in Athens, Georgia. As my friends and I people-watched and danced to one-too-many Whitney Houston songs, I noticed a cute guy wearing a Carolina hat. Intrigued by his Carolina drawl and his knowledge of every Nelly song in existence, I knew I had to strike up a conversation and some awkward dance moves. We spent the next three hours chatting away, and so I eagerly said yes when he asked if he could take me on a “real date” at Longhorn. We’ve been inseparable ever since.”

“I knew pretty early into dating Samra that I wanted to ask her to marry me. When Samra was invited to present at a student affairs conference in Los Angeles, she invited me to join her and suggested that we take a side trip afterward to Disneyland. Since we both love Disney, this seemed like the perfect place to propose. I asked Samra’s dad for her hand when I joined Samra and her family for the first part of the Christmas holidays. On our first night in Oxford, I gave Samra her Christmas present early and accidentally made her parents think that I was proposing right then without having asked them–it was a pair of earrings in a ring-sized box.”

“Samra’s parents gasped and I immediately had to exclaim, “It’s not what you think it is. Not yet, anyway.” Given that, I didn’t think that I would ever get a chance to ask Matt without Samra around, but thankfully, Samra and her mom decided to do some Christmas shopping and left us in the car. Honestly, I don’t remember much of what either of us said, because I was nervous and it was kind of a blur, but I do remember a yes somewhere in there. Three months later, on our final night in Disneyland, Samra and I had a romantic dinner at the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland.”

“Nestled on the water with boats passing by, we enjoyed steak and lobster, and then Disney cast members brought a dessert that had “Will you marry me?” written on the plate in chocolate. It took Samra a few seconds to register what was happening, and when she looked up, she saw that I was on one knee. Afterward, the staff at Blue Bayou brought a bottle of sparkling juice and gave us front-row seats to the Fantasmic lights and fireworks show. Samra swears that’s the first and only time in her life that she’s been rendered speechless.”

Judging by these spectacular photos, we’re pretty sure it was Chris who was speechless on their wedding day. How gorgeous is this bride?!

Congratulations, Samra and Chris! It was a joy helping you elope in Oahu with your loved ones present. We wish you all the romance and Disney-magic in the years ahead!
And they lived happily every after.

Paradise Cove Beach was flooded with love during Angie and Montana’s Oahu Beach Wedding. Situated on the Leeward side, this beautiful shore featured spectacular sunset views and crystal waters. We were thrilled to be a part of this amazing couple’s big day!

The day was bright and vibrant with a soft ocean breeze. Montana greeted the close family in attendance as they awaited the beautiful bride. Wearing an off-the-shoulder gown with pops of cerulean blue from her custom bouquet and flower crown, Angie was nothing shy of stunning.
We could not get enough of this bride’s great personality! She was so thrilled to be marrying the love of her life that she couldn’t stop smiling. And neither could the groom!

Angie is a claims examiner for HMSA, and Montana works as an Automotive Tech for American Tire. They’re the proud parents of six fantastic dogs. In their free time, they love to go to the beach, get busy with car detailing, try new food places, or just play a game together.
Both Angie and Montana grew up on the Leeward side of Oahu. They met through mutual friends and were engaged around midnight on New Year’s day in 2019. Let’s just say there were a lot of fireworks–lighting up the sky and lighting up hearts! Keep scrolling for all the sweet moments!

Congratulations, Angie and Montana! Thank you for choosing us to coordinate your wedding on Oahu. We wish you all the best in the decades ahead!

Sometimes a couple comes along whose energy and smiles are so contagious it reminds us why we love to be in the Hawaii wedding industry. Ariel and Monday are one of those couples, and we were honored to be able to coordinate their simple and sweet wedding in Oahu.

For the special occasion, we booked the secluded and private venue of Kualoa Ranch. Accessible only by boat, Ariel and Monday took the romantic cruise over an ancient Hawaiian fishpond to arrive at the sandy beachfront ceremony. The day was blessed with mountain mists and the smiles and cheers of loved ones. The best smile of all? It’s a tie between Ariel and Monday! Their joyful expressions had us grinning along with them! How sweet are these two?! It was so clear that they were thrilled to be tying their lives together.

Wearing boho-inspired beach dresses with casual shawls, Ariel and Monday look simply beautiful and adorable on the sand. We’re lovin’ their mirrored hairstyles and matching flower crowns and Rustic Hawaiian Bouquets! Reverend Lawrence officiated the ceremony as loved ones watched on. With swaying palms and the islet of Mokoliʻi in the backdrop, this wedding between two island girls was one that will be remembered for a lifetime! Keep scrolling for more!

Mahalo nui loa, Ariel and Monday, for trusting us with your special day. It was a beautiful occasion! We had a wonderful time working with you and getting to know you and your loved ones. We wish you all the very best in the years ahead and send our fondest Aloha.

Elspeth and Paul’s Oahu Micro Wedding was simple and elegant, with cool tropical breezes and endless love and smiles. Kualoa Beach Park set the stage, decorating their Big Day with a glistening ocean and the striking view of Oahu’s valley mountains. The islet of Mokoliʻi (Chinaman’s Hat) watched on from a distance, greener and lusher than we’ve ever seen it. This was truly a ceremony worth celebrating!

Elspeth made her debut on the arm of her adoring sister. Beaming with love and excitement, Elspeth looked radiant in a simple gown with goddess pleating and accents of tropical island flowers. Paul awaited her on the sand, wearing a bold bowtie paired with an elegant suit and an expression that says it all: Elspeth is the love of his life. Unknown to Elspeth, Paul worked with us to secretly add on a musician to their Oahu Micro Wedding! She was serenaded like the queen she is as she walked down the sandy aisle!

Elspeth is an ER nurse and Paul is an ER doctor. They met while serving in the military overseas in South Korea. Paul recently moved with the Army to a new assignment at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and he proposed on a brisk spring morning under the cherry blossoms in Washington, DC. How romantic is that?!

Together, Elspeth and Paul love to be outdoors together, with Elspeth enjoying gardening and hiking, and Paul being drawn to surfing and snorkeling. And it’s little wonder why! Paul grew up in Oahu, and his parents still live on the island. Elspeth and Paul felt an Oahu Micro Wedding was the perfect way to take advantage of the gorgeous landscapes while fitting in quality time with his family.
When asked, Elspeth and Paul said they wanted their wedding to be “a meaningful expression of our love and commitment to each other and to God through a simple, intimate and relaxed ceremony.” And we feel this is the perfect way to describe it! Keep scrolling for more of this sweet couple!

Congratulations, Elspeth and Paul! Thank you for trusting us with your Oahu micro wedding. It was a beautiful day, and you were a joy to work with! Mahalo for your service, and we hope to see you again in the future! Until then, we send our fondest Aloha.

The island sun draped Paradise Cove Beach with vibrant colors and warmth during Natalya and Pavel’s Oahu Beach Elopement. Our couple dreamed their wedding day would be tropical with all the sunny goodness they’d come to love in Hawaii. The reality? Enough sunshine and love to last an eternity!

Situated on the windward side of Oahu, Paradise Cove Beach faces the western horizon, which means bursting sunsets and vibrant mornings. Natalya and Pavel said their “I do’s” in the early hours with their three daughters and Pavel’s brother cheering them on.
The sound of the churning sea and the reverberating call of the conch shell was the only background music needed for this airy and natural Oahu Beach Elopement.

Natalya is a registered nurse who works at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland WA in the Surgical department, and Pavel works as a software engineer in Seattle. Together, they’re a mixed family with three brilliant and beautiful daughters who Natalya and Pavel were thrilled to have in attendance at their Oahu Beach Elopement.
During their free time, our couple enjoys hanging out as a family, watching Formula 1, and sharing fun stories about their day. Clearly. this crew loves to be together, just look at that sweet group hug!

Natalya and Pavel have been friends for a long time, and their romance happened naturally at its own pace. And so did their wedding! After discussing the Big Day for quite some time, Natalya and Pavel realized they were ready, and they knew the magic place to say “I do.” Hawaii.
They told the kids their plan but made it clear that this time it was more than a vacation. This time there would be a wedding! Keep scrolling for more of this beautiful couple and their sweet Oahu Beach Elopement.

Mahalo nui loa, Natalya and Pavel, for trusting us with your Oahu Beach Elopement. It was a beautiful day, and we loved meeting you and your incredible family. We wish you all the love and joy in the years ahead!

We wonder what Maya’s reaction would be if someone were to tell her that the boy she’d meet at a friend’s sixth-grade birthday party would eventually be standing by her side during their Oahu Beach Wedding! This gorgeous morning ceremony on Waimanalo Beach featured a couple deeply in love, the cheers of loved ones, and soft, dreamy lighting.

Wearing an elegant gown with a natural up-do paired with a delicate flower crown, Maya is simply radiant. Zach’s look says it all: this is his person. Kahu Kimo opened the ceremony with the echoing sound of the Hawaiian conch shell, and the wedding party watched on as Maya and Zach tied the knot against the glistening ocean backdrop of their Oahu Beach Wedding.

Zach is a manager at an apartment complex and just received his bachelor’s degree in autonomous unmanned aircraft application systems, and hopes to become a pilot or work for NASA. Maya has been teaching for 6 years as a special education teacher and is also the special education lead for her middle school. She loves being able to help other teachers and support their growth. Together, Maya and Zach enjoy spending time working out, going to yoga, playing video games, watching movies, painting, and playing board games.

Maya and Zach met in sixth grade at a mutual friend’s party. Although they didn’t attend the same school, they occasionally ran into each other at events. Eventually, they wound up at the same high school and began getting to know each other during their sophomore year. It didn’t take long for Maya and Zach to realize what they had. Within a few months of that same year, they were officially dating!

On their tenth anniversary (10/10, how cool is that?!), Zach surprised Maya with a trail of presents around the house. One box led to another, each getting smaller and smaller. And tucked inside of the tenth box, there was an engagement ring! Having known each other for most of their lives, you can practically see the deep love and friendship radiating from Maya and Zach. Keep scrolling for more of their Oahu Beach Wedding!

Thank you, Maya and Zach, for trusting us with your Oahu Beach Wedding. It was a gorgeous ceremony, and we wish you all the happiness in the years ahead!

With COVID safety and restrictions in mind, Charissa and Christopher shifted plans away from a large Texas wedding and decided to elope in Oahu instead. We were thrilled to help make their “just us” wedding a reality! The morning at Waimanalo Beach featured spectacular lighting and lush, tropical backdrops. With endless smiles and tender moments, this wedding in Oahu was “take-your-breath-away” beautiful.

Nestled in the heart of a small, windward community, Waimanalo Beach served as the stage for Charissa and Christopher’s ceremony. The sounds of the ukulele and the soft morning sun filtered through the air as the Oahu tradewinds kept the affair comfortable and relaxing. We loved the way Charissa’s boho-chic dress draped against the sand. And can we just draw attention to her gorgeous retro-inspired hair and makeup? Simple and elegant never looked so good!

Charissa and Christopher have been together for half a decade and are proud parents of a sweet furbaby named Nash. Charissa runs a dental office and Christopher is both a lawyer and a professor. They met at a lowkey BBQ and got engaged in the sweetest spot, Christopher’s parents’ backyard. Keeping the simple yet romantic tradition alive, Charissa and Christopher opted to forgo a wedding back home in Austin and chose to elope in Oahu. And we’re so happy they did! Keep scrolling for all the beautiful moments!
