Edilyne and Fred’s Oahu elopement was a day straight out of a daydream filled with love, laughter, and the picturesque beauty of Kualoa Beach. Fred, our tech-savvy groom, is known for his ability to fix any technical hiccups that come his way. While he might initially seem serious and mysterious, those who know him better see his outgoing and friendly nature. Edilyne, a spirited registered nurse from New York, is a globetrotter at heart, always ready for her next adventure—now with Fred by her side!

Their love story began two decades ago in high school, blossomed into a romance during college, and weathered a decade-long hiatus before fate brought them back together. Their engagement in Bali was the turning point, and Edilyne’s visit to Oahu in 2019 cemented the island as her dream wedding destination. On their wedding day, the sun shone brightly over Kualoa Beach, setting the perfect backdrop for their intimate ceremony with friends and family. Edilyne, in the most exquisite lace dress, made a breathtaking entrance, walking down a rose petal aisle to meet Fred, whose eyes sparkled with admiration. The moment was heartfelt and sweet as they exchanged vows. They sealed their promises with a kiss that marked the beginning of their forever!

After the ceremony, the newlyweds strolled along the beach, capturing moments they would always remember for years to come! With the dramatic mountains in the background, it was simply a breathtaking sight to see with these two in the frame!

Why We Love Their Oahu Destination Wedding

Before the ceremony, Erin and Kyle said they wanted the mountains to be the background for their ceremony! We couldn’t agree more with them. The dramatic landscapes, East Oahu clouds, and the sun’s vibrant rays created a dreamy ambiance for this sunset occasion. In addition, we adore seeing our radiant newlywed’s pure bliss! Megan from Karma Hill Photography captured their romantic wedding portraits, and this affectionate pair was smiling joyfully in every picture. Our Couple’s Story

Erin and Kyle were visiting the island from Lexington, Kentucky! Their story began when they met while working on a horse farm. On their first date, they saw a horse named Gun Runner win a big race. Then when Kyle was ready to propose, he popped the question in the front row of the now-retired Gun Runner! Currently, our beautiful duo both work at different horse farms. Erin is an accountant at one, while Kyle is a Stallion Manager at another. Our passionate pair enjoys thoroughbred racing and adore swooning over their two dogs!

Our charming couple’s story began when they met through mutual friends. After a while, they ended up getting married! Then Rafael proposed to Kristine in Paris, France, in front of the Notre Dame. The Royal Hawaii Golf Club on East Oahu was the location for the ceremony, and this setting was absolutely dreamy! The island’s natural landscapes created a dreamy backdrop, while the weather made everything look captivating. Then, the white arch decorated with floral arrangements from Sweet Blossoms Hawaii added a touch of elegance. However, we like how effortlessly David Asing played his guitar and enhanced the peaceful ambiance. Not to mention, since this was a morning event, our passionate pair had the whole day to celebrate their love with their guests!

Aubry and Harrison are a beautiful couple — they looked stunning at their Oahu venue wedding too! Aubry is a gorgeous bride! Her gown is airy and ethereal, while her styling by Perfectly Made is soft but glamorous. Then Harrison looks handsome in his sophisticated and sharp attire! Why We Love Oahu Destination Wedding

Ever since Nicole and Ruobin first visited Oahu, they knew it’d be the perfect place to get married! We adore how this sunset occasion was bohemian, carefree, and fun. The shoreline has beautiful decorations! Standing at the front of the ceremony was a two-post wooden arch from O’ahu Wedding Altars. Then our bride and her bridesmaid’s bouquets are whimsical and elegant — they pair flawlessly with the flower arrangements on the archway!

Our Couple’s Story

Nicole and Ruobin’s story began when they first met at the movies. At the time, they attended different schools but had mutual friends. Ruobin asked Nicole to be his girlfriend after they watched Pearl Harbor on May 27, 2001. Then on New Year’s Day in 2021, Ruobin popped the question! Our groom had a plan with Nicole’s sister and friends for this significant moment. Unfortunately, Nicole hurt her back, so his proposal got derailed!
