Claire and AJ wanted an excuse to get out of California and explore a new destination. They also wanted their loved ones to have a fun, memorable experience as well. Kualoa Secret Island created a breathtaking stage for the event. When you’re on the boat heading to this private spot, you’ll feel as if you’re entering a fairytale land! The staggering mountains, cerulean water, and ivory sand decorate the background beautifully. We like how the sunset’s rays make the silky clouds glow dreamily! Above all, this location had enough space for all eighteen guests.

The Enchanting Wedding in Oahu

The first people to arrive on the island were AJ and the eighteen guests. When the ceremony began, our gorgeous bride gracefully walked down the aisle with her father by her side! Claire looked regal in her timeless wedding gown, while AJ looked sophisticated in his navy suit! We love how our groom tied in one of the wedding colors with the blush tie. 

We adore the burgundy, blush, and white color scheme our delightful couple chose! In our bride’s custom bouquet by Sweet Blossom Hawaii, you can see how every hue blends exquisitely! The deep tones contrast with the soft light shades effortlessly. All the leaves are a soft green color; they look pleasant with the burgundy berries.

Our Couple’s Story

Claire and AJ first met at Colorado State University, when mutual friends introduced them to one other. After a few years together, our cute couple got engaged in 2019 following a romantic dinner. AJ wrote Claire a heartfelt note and popped the question at home! During their relationship, they’ve had to spend several years long-distance. Now, they are thankful they don’t have to be apart again!

This getaway was our adventurous couple’s first time in Hawaii! COVID derailed many of their travel plans, and they have always wanted to visit the islands. Having a wedding in Oahu was perfect because they got to enjoy paradise and have a magical ceremony!

Edward arrived on the lush greenery of Kualoa Beach Park first with their six guests. When the time was right, Tabitha glided down the grass with her father by her side! Tabitha was gorgeous in her airy wedding gown; it flowed beautifully with every step she took. Although there was a lot of cloud coverage during their Oahu beach wedding, Kualoa Beach Park provided striking backdrops. We adore how dreamy the sky is in this portrait! It was perfect for our charming couple’s intimate ceremony!

Our Couple’s Story

Our beautiful couple’s story began when they met in high school; Elizabeth was a freshman while Christopher was a sophomore. Although they grew up in bordering small towns, they went to the same high school. On November 22, 2010, they began dating; and have been inseparable ever since!

In 2018, they got engaged on a cruise to the Caribbean. Christopher had the ring in his pocket, but it accidentally fell out. This mishap caused him to do an impromptu proposal. He saved the day by getting down onto one knee and popping the magic question on a whim! To this day, Elizabeth thinks it’s a funny story!

This Oahu destination wedding was our adventurous couple’s first time in Hawaii! They have always wanted to visit because of the riveting culture, dreamy scenery, and peaceful energy. Above all, they got to explore a new place as newlyweds!

Duan and Ross wanted an intimate, fun, and romantic wedding. And Kualoa Regional Beach was the perfect spot for this occasion. Ross and Duan’s story began when they met through a mutual friend while attending the University of California, Riverside. During their academic years, they became good friends and stayed in touch post-graduation. One day, Ross asked Duan on a date to the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. From there, their friendship blossomed into something more serious!

Our beautiful couple got engaged while taking a trip to Seattle, Washington. Ross popped the magic question to Duan at the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum! Currently, they have been together for eight delightful years. They’re excited to start this new chapter in their lives: married life! Above all, we’re happy they started this next phase in their relationship with an Oahu destination wedding!

Our Couple’s Story

Marra and Dylan’s story began when they met thirteen years ago in middle school. At first, they actually disliked each other quite a bit. After a while of getting to know each other, they ended up becoming inseparable best friends! Although they didn’t end up dating until after high school, it didn’t take long for them to know they found the one! Our beautiful couple moved in together right away and have been in a relationship ever since.

Currently, they have three fur babies named Jude, Lucy, and Harley, and a feathered baby named Pistachio. Marra is a veterinary technician, while Dylan is a business sales support specialist. You can find them exploring, finding new bars or restaurants, and watching Netflix.

The Oahu Beach Wedding

Our beautiful couple tied the knot on the pearly shores of Kualoa! When planning their wedding, they wanted something fun, relaxed, and intimate. They chose the perfect location! Although this beach can get busy, it’s very spacious. We were able to find a secluded corner on the shoreline for their ceremony!

Our Couple’s Story

Amber and Perry’s story started when they met in August 2016 on a popular online dating site. Upon meeting, the sparks flew — they knew it was meant to be! In 2019, they traveled to New Zealand, and Perry created the perfect proposal. He popped the magic question on Great Barrier Island with a custom ring they designed together. The moment we learned this, it was no surprise they had an Oahu beach wedding!

Currently, they have been together for five years and have a rescue dog named Mika! Perry is an Automotive Engineer, while Amber works for a local nonprofit. In their spare time, you can find them hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and doing home improvement projects. Most importantly, they always find time to be silly with one another!

You get to experience all of the island’s natural beauty at this Eastside spot! On one side you have the striking mountains, and the ultramarine ocean is on the other side. Our Couple’s Story

In 2010, our beautiful couple separately came to the United States from Taiwan. They first met in the Lone Star State, Austin, Texas, in 2012. For seven years, their relationship was long distance. Jerry lived in Texas, while Joey was in Indiana for her Ph.D. then California for her postdoctoral studies. On August 4th, Joey’s birthday, Jerry proposed while they were in a forest in Big Bear, California! 

Currently, Joey has her Ph.D. in Learning Sciences and is working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California. Jerry is a Chemical Engineer in Houston, Texas. They have been together for nine years. After seven years, they finally moved to the same state and moved in together last month!
