We love morning Oahu weddings, they are simply stunning! What better way to start your day than to wake up and get married to the love of your life! Charlotte and Gino eloped to Hawaii and wanted the beautiful scenery of Oahu’s windward east shore as the backdrop for their vows. With their toes in the sand, they pledged their love for one another and were surrounded by natures perfect backdrop for their photos. This fun and adventurous couple was a blast to work with. They had some great ideas for their photos when working with their Oahu wedding photographer Karma Hill Photography and were in solid model status with their abilities in front of the camera! Having an Oahu Elopement is so much fun because we get to focus so much on the couple without the distraction of other events. We get to make their ceremony all about them and their love for one another. Thank you, Charlotte and Gino for choosing us to be a part of your Oahu wedding, and Congrats on a fun and exciting new life together!

We pride ourselves in working with only the best vendors and our Oahu wedding floral is no exception! We “hand picked” Sweet Blossoms Hawaii based in Honolulu to be our exclusive florist based on their beautiful work and their reputation within the Oahu wedding community. Everyone we spoke to who had worked with them as a vendor had amazing things to say. Not only about how beautiful their work was but also how professional and on top of things they are. After working with them, we totally agree and are so happy they are our floral partner for all of our Simple Oahu Weddings!
Irene at Sweet Blossoms Hawaii designed 4 beautiful handcrafted wedding bouquets that you get to choose as a part of your Oahu Wedding Package. If you have something special in mind, we can create that for you as well for a small upgrade fee.
We can also add on other floral items to your Oahu Wedding Package such as a floral crown, flower circle on the beach, corsages, boutonnieres, attendants bouquets or flower girl pomanders.

All of our wedding bouquets are hand crafted with love and care by one of Oahu’s best florists. They truly are works of floral art!

Our Boho Dream Bouquet is loose and romantic. It’s pastel color palette adds to the soft dreamy feel of our photography! The flowers included will vary by season but it will always be boho and dreamy! If you have a favorite color that you would like incorporated, there is no fee to add it as long as the florist has that color flower in stock!

Our Tropical Elegance Bouquet is made up of roses and orchids. You get to choose the color of roses and the florist will add orchids to match! Colors can vary due to the nature of living flowers so we can not match exact colors but welcome choices like, “light pink” “white” “red” “hot pink”.

Our White Wedding Bouquet is made up of all white flowers, a perfect compliment to Oahu’s beautiful white sand beaches! It will always feature white roses and whatever other white flowers are in season with a touch of green.
There are also floral add on’s that you can choose to have on your wedding day! The most popular add on is a floral crown! It is a gorgeous way to bring more color to your photos and keep your hair out of your face with Hawaii’s famous trade winds!

Other popular add on’s include bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, floral leis for guests, ti leaf leis for male guests, fresh flower circle on the beach, flower petals for flower girls and more!

Reverend June Dillinger (left), Reverend Grace Christian ( right)
About Reverend June Dillinger: Oahu has been my home for almost 35 years and moving here from La Jolla, CA is one of my most favorite life decisions. I love Hawaii’s ethnic diversity! While I have had many roles over the years; recently serving as the Associate Spiritual Leader at Windward Unity Church in Kaneohe and also working as the Youth Education Director at Unity Church of Hawaii, I also host a program called “It’s All About Love” with Olelo Community Media and it’s in its 5th year of broadcasting. People are my passion! I have an amazing son on the island and have found my greatest pleasure is being of service to those choosing love and planning their wedding ceremony.
About Reverend Grace Christian: I respect the sacredness of joining two souls in union; the lightheartedness and often tender moments that come forward during the ceremony. As a minister, I am blessed to be an integral part of a couple joining as partners in life. All of my work has shown me that each of us is a complex, beautiful masterpiece. From this work, I bring that love and reverence for each person I join in sacred marriage – as I honor the miracle of two souls who are brought together to walk with one another on their journey. My background also includes my work in public affairs, and together with my work in the healing arts, I bring my presence and special detailed attention to your day. I look forward to helping create your unforgettable day.

She feels honored to participate in couples lives this way. She looks forward to meeting you on your wedding day and creating an experience you won’t soon forget!

Kahu Dennis Chong-Imamura (left), Reverend Kimo Taylor (right)
About Kahu Dennis Chong-Imamura: Kāhea in the Hawaiian language dictionary is “to call, to cry out, invoke, greet, name …; to summon, a call, alarm.” Life for me has been a progression of calls and summons from the Creator who lives in each of us, from Akua – from God. With the hā or chosen breath of life. The series of kāhea started. I believe in God and that there is God – in His image in every person. I believe that we should love or aloha one another (remember the greatest commandment?). I believe that there are many paths to God, whom we call by different names. I say all this because this is who I am as a kahu and celebrant – very important to know and understand for those seeking a sacred path, as in marriage.
With mana and hā I relate to the land, the ʻāina and all its people in the warmth of aloha. I conduct ceremonies within the parameters of traditional Hawaiian protocols, using ti leaves, Hawaiian salt, special water, the sounds of hula and most importantly, oli (chants) that communicate with God, with the forces of nature, with generations that have passed and with generations to come. Mahalo Ke Akua and Blessings to us all.
About Reverend Kimo Taylor: Reverend Taylor has been performing weddings since 1996. He is an ordained non-denominational Christian wedding minister. He began his wedding work on Maui Island on a part-time basis and then moved to Oahu Island in 1998. In 2004, he began doing wedding work on a full-time basis. Since then, he has performed well over 10,000 ceremonies. Kimo can perform non-religious as well as religious ceremonies. He also loves doing vow-renewals that incorporate children as well. Although he has performed many many wedding ceremonies he always goes above and beyond to make each ceremony special and unique. His warm smile and calming presence is a welcome addition to your Oahu wedding day.
Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know our Oahu wedding ministers, they were hand chosen for their quality of ceremonies and genuineness of character to ensure your special day is amazing.

When Cassandra and Luis started searching for an Oahu Wedding Package they stumbled across our sister company, Simple Maui Wedding. They reached out in hopes that we could also plan an Oahu wedding for them and their timing could not have been better! We were just about to launch Simple Oahu Wedding and we had everything ready to be able to plan our very first Simple Oahu Wedding! We could not have asked for a better first wedding on Oahu! Cassandra customized her bouquet and flower crown with her favorite colors and they turned out so gorgeous. Reverend Kimo Taylor performed a moving ceremony that not only joined Cassandra and Luis as husband and wife but joined Cassandra’s son with them as a family. The beach was like a dream, gentle trade winds to keep us cool and almost no other beachgoers ( rare for Oahu!). The sunset was sent straight from heaven, in all shades of pastel pinks and oranges. What a great start to our new adventure on Oahu! We can’t wait to create more beautiful days just like this for lots and lots of future lovebirds!
