Is there anything sweeter than an Oahu elopement? With endless beauty surrounding them, Kathleen & Jason vowed to spend the rest of their lives together. The day was dedicated to their love for each other — there were no distractions or stress—just one memorable moment after another.
Check out some of their photos below, and get ready to be inspired by this Hawaii beach wedding!

Jason manages a team of wellness practitioners, and Kathleen is an attentive administrator who loves working in Excel. In fact, their Oahu elopement was planned on an excel spreadsheet. As Oahu wedding coordinators, we get it! Organization allows us to better enjoy our adventures.
Separately they are two adventurous souls who love their jobs and hobbies. Together they run a virtual Stardew Valley Farm and are parents to a (real-life) Shiba Inu named Toki. These Brooklyn 99 are always channeling their Jake & Amy dynamic and look for any chance to share a laugh.
So when it was time to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted something a little off-beat and totally gorgeous. Opting out of a traditional hometown wedding full of obligations and distractions, they instead decided to elope in Oahu.
We’re sure glad they did! We loved getting to know this adorable duo and being a part of their Hawaii beach wedding!

Kathleen & Jason wed on the shores of Paradise Cove Beach in Ko Olina. This is such a peaceful spot. The calm waters of the lagoon reflected the setting sun beautifully. But it was the couple that really shined at this Oahu elopement.
These two had us laughing all evening. What you’re seeing is a romantic seaside dip kiss. What we saw was an adorable couple giggling their way through a difficult pose. They ended up nailing the shot. They mastered all their Oahu wedding photography, actually!
From a playful twirl to a serene embrace, Kathleen & Jason were down for anything. Take a look at their sunset Oahu portraits!

Congratulations, Kathleen & Jason! Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your Hawaii wedding day!

This romantic getaway wasn’t our radiant newlyweds’ first time on the island! Thirteen years ago, Clare and Christopher visited Oahu and Lana’i. Since it was one of their most unforgettable holidays — they knew they had to return with their daughters!

Our lovely couple met when they were nineteen years old. Then in 2011, they got engaged in Sardinia, Italy! Christopher is a property developer, while Clare works in Investment Banking. They have two daughters, who are eleven and eight years old. As a family, this bunch loves being active! You can find them hiking, boating, and skiing in their spare time. Lastly, Clare and Christopher have been a couple for twenty years. However, they decided it was time to get married since they were both turning forty. Their Oahu venue wedding was the perfect way to celebrate their strong connection!

Erin and Kyle decided to have an Oahu destination wedding because they wanted to get away when they tied the knot! We think Hawaii is the perfect place to celebrate your love. Then our delightful duo told us they wanted to have a relaxed and simple ceremony.

Before the ceremony, Erin and Kyle said they wanted the mountains to be the background for their ceremony! We couldn’t agree more with them. The dramatic landscapes, East Oahu clouds, and the sun’s vibrant rays created a dreamy ambiance for this sunset occasion. In addition, we adore seeing our radiant newlywed’s pure bliss! Megan from Karma Hill Photography captured their romantic wedding portraits, and this affectionate pair was smiling joyfully in every picture. You can tell Erin and Kyle were elated to be a married couple!

Erin and Kyle were visiting the island from Lexington, Kentucky! Their story began when they met while working on a horse farm. On their first date, they saw a horse named Gun Runner win a big race. Then when Kyle was ready to propose, he popped the question in the front row of the now-retired Gun Runner! Currently, our beautiful duo both work at different horse farms. Erin is an accountant at one, while Kyle is a Stallion Manager at another. Our passionate pair enjoys thoroughbred racing and adore swooning over their two dogs!

Paul and Estelle enjoy visiting Hawaii because they get to escape their busy Bay Area lives. Since they first got together, they’ve vacationed in this tropical destination annually. When it was time to tie the knot, Paul and Estelle knew their special place would be the perfect spot to celebrate their love. Their Oahu venue wedding was elegant, intimate, and warm. Continue scrolling to experience this event for yourself.

Paul and the forty-eight guests were the first to get to the lawn area. Then, once Estelle arrived, it was time for the ceremony to begin! The entrances started with our groom and his parents walking down the lush grass. Paul looks handsome in his barong, a traditional Filipino dress shirt for special events, and khakis. Above all, we like how sharp and sophisticated his attire is!

Next, the bridal party, flower girls, and ring bearer made their way down the aisle. Last, our bride made her grand entrance! Estelle walked down the lawn with her parents and 8-month-old daughter by her side. She looks breathtaking in her cream-colored lace gown — it’s sleek and elegant!

Paradise Cove Luau was the location for this ceremony, and this spot is perfect for this event! The lush lawn and lofty palm trees created an enchanting scene. Then the sweeping ocean views and clear weather effortlessly enhanced the romantic ambiance!

Paul and Estelle have been friends since 2008. Then, on May 12, 2017, they became a couple. A few days after Valentine’s Day in 2021, Paul popped the question in the middle of a forest in the botanical gardens! Then, eight months ago, our stunning duo became parents to a precious little girl!

Papa’iloa Beach was the perfect location for this elopement! When we started, the sun’s rays reflected off the cerulean water. The natural brilliance made this North Oahu spot feel enchanting. Then the picturesque landscapes enhanced the dreamy ambiance! Surrounding Olivia and Gama are striking lava rocks, ivory sand, and lush greenery. Above all, we like how clear the weather is. The sky looks like an exquisite painting in every shot!

Olivia and Gama fell in love with the variety of scenery this island has to offer. Then, they liked our organization and services at Simple Oahu Wedding. George and Amanda originally planned to tie the knot on George’s grandmother’s farm in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, they couldn’t have the dream ceremony they wanted. Nonetheless, they changed directions and decided to have a beach wedding in Oahu! Hawaii was the perfect location — it’s tropical and full of breathtaking scenery. Most importantly, this sunset affair was simple and classic. Continue scrolling to experience this event for yourself!

Our charming couple exchanged leis with their closest family and friends surrounding them. At first, George and Amanda were nervous. However, after they got over the wedding day jitters, they felt nothing but pure passion for one another!

This tropical wedding was tranquil! George and Amanda got to savor the moment while putting their feet in the sand. Then their guests got to relax and enjoy being in paradise! There was no mess, no stress — only love!

George and Amanda’s favorite part of their special day was experiencing a traditional Hawaiian ceremony! Kahu Kawena Mechler was the officiant for this event, and she delivered a spiritual sermon. Our gorgeous couple adored how cultural and intimate their sunset occasion was — it was everything they hoped to have!

This beautiful couple first met at a going-away party in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since George and Amanda had mutual friends, they instantly had a connection! Then three years later, they both lived in Los Angeles and met up for dinner one night. This evening was when they spilled their feeling for one another! After three months of their growing puppy love, George’s job transferred him back to Seattle. Finally, after a few trips to Washington, Amanda moved to the Pacific Northwest. From there, they’ve been inseparable since!

This trip is George and Amanda’s first time in Hawaii! In addition to having an Oahu beach wedding, they also did the Diamond Head hike. Not to mention, they took advantage of the delicious food and drinks available on the island!

Congratulations, George and Amanda! We’re glad you loved your wedding so much you want to have another one next year. We hope to see you again in Hawaii one day!
