The first moment that got us was when Stephanie was walked down the sandy aisle by her son. It was truly a heartwarming moment of their Oahu beach wedding! The ocean breeze, salty air, and tropical beauty of Waialae Beach surrounded the happy couple from the moment they arrived for their sacred vow exchange. There is something indescribable about Hawaii’s ambiance; there’s magic and music in the air, and it was palpable throughout their beautiful day!

Our beautiful bride, Stephanie, looked absolutely stunning in her flowy beachy gown. We love how it gracefully fluttered in the breeze! And Richard was beaming the entire time, his happiness and love for Stephanie shone through our lens in every moment! Have you ever heard of high school sweethearts who went the distance and got married? Well, that’s exactly what happened with Josh and Samantha! They met in World History class in high school, and after almost a decade together, they tied the knot at their Oahu venue wedding!

Samantha was in love with the island when she visited with her mom, and she thought, “I’d love to get married here one day!” Since Josh’s family has roots in Oahu, he and Samantha knew it was the perfect place to celebrate their love story. It was the icing on the cake, and a dream come true!

Their big day at Paradise Cove was an intimate and laid-back affair, full of love and happiness. The fresh green and tropical colors of their beach wedding perfectly complemented the island’s natural splendor.

As they exchanged their vows on the sandy beach surrounded by their loved ones, Josh and Samantha looked so natural and at ease. Their love shines through every photograph from their wedding day!

After their sweet Oahu venue wedding ceremony, our happy newlyweds snuck off with our photographer to capture a few inimate moments by the water’s edge. Samantha and Josh are so ready for their future together after almost ten years of dating! (A lot of that was long distance too!) Once Josh is finished his commitment to the Air Force, they are hoping to move back closer to family to start a family! But for now, they embraced the present moment and their newlywed bliss!

At Simple Maui Wedding, we are all about celebrating life’s big moments of love and happiness! So we were delighted to coordinate Angeline and Rob’s special Oahu beach wedding. Not only was it a sacred commitment of their love, but it was also a celebration of their baby girl on the way! They had been engaged for almost a year and were excited to tie the knot before their little baby girl arrives. And they also were planning to spend their honeymoon in Hawaii too!

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and after realizing how much work and money it took, they decided to go with the easiest and most carefree option – eloping in Hawaii! They turned their trip into a wedding/honeymoon/babymoon combo, which was the perfect way to start their new adventure together!

Although it was a tough decision to exclude their family and friends from the wedding day, they knew it was the right choice for them! They still plan to celebrate with all their loved ones back home with a party. Plus, their intimate beach wedding was incredibly special and allowed them to focus solely on each other and their love. It was casual, carefree, and relaxed…

They exchanged their heartfelt vows at Kualoa Beach Park, and it was a beautiful and breezy day. The stunning backdrop of the ocean and China Man’s Hat added even more magic to their Oahu beach wedding. They looked so happy and head over heels in love, which made our job as wedding photographers even more enjoyable!

Angeline and Rob are the epitome of happiness and ease in their Oahu beach wedding photos! When it comes to love, Michael and Lea are the perfect embodiment of fun, goofy, hardworking, and adventurous. After all they had been through, their big day had finally arrived; their Oahu beach wedding!

As they were planning their special day, Michael and Lea knew they wanted something more memorable, simple, and exciting. As they said, “I do,” we could see the love and adoration radiating from both of them. It is evident they are head over heels in love and so excited to begin this new chapter in their lives together!

It was just the two of them at their ceremony at Kualoa Beach Park, and the moment’s gravity was felt in every way possible. Their Oahu beach wedding was filled with love, laughter, and pure happiness. It was an honor to capture these precious moments for them! Staying Close to Home

Couples travel thousands of miles to have an Oahu Wedding. But Noel & Marcus live right here on the island. So the beach, the memory, and the details were all extra special for them.

But how did they decide that a hometown elopement was right for them? We’re happy to share that we played a hand in that!

See, Noel & Marcus were out enjoying time at the beach when they saw a wedding happening toward shore. It seemed casual yet meaningful, the type of ceremony they’d enjoy. So as the vendors said their goodbyes, they asked how they could have a similar celebration.

And that’s how they got the information for Simple Oahu Wedding, and how we ended up being their coordinator. Lucky us!

Don’t worry, though — this darling duo stayed close to home for their wedding, but they’re off to see the world. Travel is in their future, and we can’t wait to hear about all the places they visit as a husband & wife team!

A Match Made in Heaven (And Grad School)

Let’s get back to Noel & Marcus, two smiling sweethearts who seemed so relaxed and giddy at their wedding in Oahu. Though they found us recently during a beach outing, their love story dates back over a decade.

That’s when they were both in grad school, looking forward to careers and life beyond their classrooms. Like most great love stories, they met, became friends, fell in love, found a house together, and got a dog (shout out to Louie!). And in 2020, they got engaged.

These days, they’re still rocking the world of academia — Noel as a Vice Principal and Marcus as a high school teacher. And though they’re always looking forward to what’s next, they’re also focusing on the now, enjoying this incredible season of life as newlyweds!

Hawaii holds a special place in our lovely couple, Allan and Michelle’s hearts. Michelle, who is a traveling RN in Honolulu, met Allan, who works in healthcare management. These two absolutely love Oahu, so getting married on the beach felt just right! Their Oahu beach wedding was relaxed, stress-free, and, most importantly, just for them… keep reading to see how their lovely day unfolded!

Our lovely couple chose the stunning Papa’iloa Beach for their lovely ceremony; the cloudy skies created a dreamy feel as they exchanged their thoughtful vows. Their love and admiration for each other were palpable as our photographer captured these priceless moments on one of the biggest days of their lives! Finally, all that matters is their love, commitment, and vision for their future together!

Even though it was just the two of them, our happy newlyweds dressed their best for each other! Michelle is a vision in a lace and embellished white gown; her veil creates an ethereal quality that served as an enchanting element to their newlywed portraits! It’s all about the details as we like to say…

Also, we love a groom in blue for an Oahu beach wedding! Allan’s linen suit is perfectly tailored and picks up the color of the sky beautifully. Generally, cloudier skies give way to dreamier and softer photographs so we love these cooler tones of their newlywed portraits! Furthermore, our happy couple looks like they are stepping out of a dream in these photos…

Andrea and Neil, who love traveling, just began one of their greatest adventures! It was our privilege to capture and coordinate their Oahu beach wedding! A smaller private wedding was important to our happy couple so they could spend their special day with the people they love most. So it felt like the perfect fit when they stumbled across our company Simple Oahu Wedding! Destination weddings can be simple! Their big day was modern, fun, and, most of all, full of love!

Their beautiful wedding ceremony took place at Wai’alae Beach Park with their nearest and dearest, who brought the fun and bubbles to celebrate our happy pair! Andrea and Neil love all things outdoors, so they felt right at home in this beautiful setting…after all, Neil proposed to Andrea on a hiking trip in the Colorado Rockies! The island’s natural beauty was exactly the backdrop they wanted for their Oahu wedding…

Even though our happy couple decided on an Oahu beach wedding, they still included a traditional (yet fun!) bridal party! They all looked perfectly coordinated in their matching pinks and silvery blues. As you can see in these joyful photos, their friends and family were so happy for them both, ready to dance and begin the celebrations!

Andrea took our breath away in her lace and beaded gown! Simply stunning. The embellished details of her dress only enhanced her natural beauty!

A 10th marriage anniversary is always worth honoring in our book! We were delighted to help coordinate this special milestone for Talar and James, who actually spent their honeymoon on the island years ago. The loving couple hails from down-under (Australia) and wanted to return to one of their favorite destinations for their celebration. Since they love the Hawaiian islands, an Oahu vow renewal felt just right! They were really looking forward to sharing the Hawaii experience with their children too!

Their intimate celebration was held under swaying palm trees and the golden sun at Wai’alae Beach. Both Talar and James are musicians, so it was important to them to include some traditional Hawaiian songs to enhance the tropical atmosphere! The beach is one of their favorite places, so our lovely couple’s Oahu vow renewal felt even more special…especially with their close friends and family in attendance!

A Family Experience To Remember

With their darling kiddos in tow, we walked further down the beach to capture some sweet family moments. Since Jack and Evie have never been to Hawaii, this also felt like a memorable family vacation on top of their 10th anniversary!

We love this beach in particular because of the low-hanging palm trees. They beautifully frame our charming family and create that magical Hawaiian ambiance they fell in love with on their honeymoon. It created new experiences and captured new memories for their sweet family! We love the creamy whites they wore to match the beachy atmosphere…
