With Hawaii calling their names and not returning in a long time, the decision to elope on the pristine shores of Waialae Beach seemed like the best idea ever! The prospect of exchanging vows under swaying palm trees, with the turquoise ocean as their witness, felt like stepping into a dream.

Dressed in a dashing tuxedo and a stunning lace gown, Jake and Christina radiated joy and anticipation. They stood before each other at the water’s edge, ready to embark on this new chapter of their lives. With heartfelt promises and tender words, their vows echoed in the salty breeze, leaving tears of joy in their wake.

As husband and wife, they took their first steps down the sandy aisle, the golden sunshine casting a warm glow upon them. Their Oahu elopement was a sight to behold, the ocean waves crashing in the background as they walked hand in hand, surrounded by the love and beauty of Hawaii.

Love knows no boundaries, and for Lyndsay and Phillip, their journey led them to a lighthearted and cheerful wedding celebration on the stunning island of Oahu. Their love story is one that blossomed from friendship, making their union even more special! We are so delighted to share with you moments from their big day!

Phillip, a 50-year-old retail professional with two children, and Lyndsay, a 42-year-old property manager with a beautiful daughter and grandson, embarked on a new chapter in their lives together. With no specific goals or priorities in mind, they were eager to experience life’s moments through each other’s eyes, wherever the journey may take them.

Oahu held a special place in their hearts. Phillip’s father was stationed at Hickam Air Force Base, and those years spent on the island created cherished memories for him. On the other hand, Lyndsay had never visited Oahu before, adding an extra touch of excitement to their Oahu destination wedding!

Oahu Was The Natural Choice

The natural beauty of Oahu and its vibrant lifestyle made it the perfect choice for their big day. They both shared a love for the beach, and Phillip’s fondness for Hawaii made the decision even easier! The couple’s ceremony took place at Kualoa Secret Island, a hidden gem that added an air of magic to their special day.

The idea of saying their vows on a tropical island, surrounded by their closest family, seemed like a match made in heaven. Hawaii quickly became their dream honeymoon destination with its breathtaking landscapes and idyllic beaches. When they got engaged, it was only natural for them to fall head over heels for the idea of having their dream wedding in the land of Aloha.

Originally planning to tie the knot in Maui, due to the fires, our wedding coordinators seamlessly shifted their plans to the enchanting island of Oahu. Waikiki Leia, nestled in the heart of Waikiki, provided the perfect backdrop for their intimate and charming ceremony. Their Oahu venue wedding was like a private little oasis for just the two of them and their guests!

A Dream Come True

Radiant in their cream gowns and adorned with matching tropical bouquets, Laura and Holly beamed in their newlywed bliss. Every photo captured the overwhelming love and happiness they felt at that moment. Surrounded by close friends and family who had traveled from afar, their celebration was filled with laughter, tears of joy, and heartfelt speeches.

Our sweet couple wanted a relaxed and carefree atmosphere for their special day, and their intimate beach ceremony was exactly that. As Oahu locals, Keith and Kathryn knew exactly what they wanted for their special day on the island they call home…

Island In Our Hearts

Our sweet couple, who know the island inside and out, chose Papa’iloa Beach for their Oahu elopement. It’s truly a North Shore gem with its long stretch of sand and weathered rocks showcasing the rugged beauty of the island. The intimate ceremony was held right by the lapping waves… It was such a dreamy setting for their sacred vow exchange, don’t you think? It was simple, elegant, and, most of all, focused on their love story! Keith actually proposed to Kat on a sunset sail in Waikiki, so it was only fitting for them to tie the knot on another stunning piece of paradise they call home!

As they stood together by the shoreline, Keith and Kathryn looked incredibly happy and so in love. The overcast skies made no difference to the love and joy of their big day. This was their day, and they were enjoying every moment of it! Even Keith’s daughter Harlee, who is four years old and lives with the happy couple, was beaming with joy!

Our happy couple’s wedding attire was perfectly simple yet beachy and minimalistic, with Keith donning a classic white shirt and Kathryn wearing an elegant flowy dress that matched the laid-back vibe of their Oahu elopement. These two had no qualms about walking over the rocks to take advantage of the epic views and scenery for their newlywed portraits! One thing we know for sure is Oahu had a hand in their romance, and these moments capture it all!

Let’s raise a toast to the beautiful love story of Dave and Emmanuelle and their Oahu elopement, a celebration of life and love in all its simplicity and beauty! Our sweet couple met at work, both working for the government, and they share a love for travel and cherishing every moment in life, whether simple or exceptional. But their Oahu elopement was both simple and exceptional in our eyes!

Emmanuelle fell in love with Oahu during a trip in 2019, and it was no surprise they chose it as the perfect destination for their wedding! So when it came to planning their special day, they wanted to make sure to include an element of the Hawaiian culture in their ceremony! Their beach nuptials was relaxed, easy, and beautiful…

More Than Anything

Their Oahu elopement was a beautiful celebration of their love and just for them. “She’s all that I need; I love my future wife,” Dave told our wedding coordinators! In the early days of their relationship, while Dave always valued marriage, although Emmanuelle wasn’t always so sure, but he proposed, and she said yes! That’s when you know you’ve met the one!

The entire day was simple, elegant, relaxed, intimate, and original, with a touch of Hawaiian culture, making it a perfect reflection of who they are. Kualoa Beach was dreamy with its calm shores and salty breeze. The two of them radiated with joy and happiness as they exchanged their vows! Even though they have a blended family, this was their moment…a new beginning as husband and wife!

One of the things our newlyweds adore about Hawaii is the tropical scenery and natural splendor! This moment felt like just the two of them in paradise with love all around. The simplicity and beauty of the natural surroundings were all these two needed when it came to committing their hearts to each other. Simple and beautiful is what we do best! Staying Close to Home

Couples travel thousands of miles to have an Oahu Wedding. But Noel & Marcus live right here on the island. So the beach, the memory, and the details were all extra special for them.

But how did they decide that a hometown elopement was right for them? We’re happy to share that we played a hand in that!

See, Noel & Marcus were out enjoying time at the beach when they saw a wedding happening toward shore. It seemed casual yet meaningful, the type of ceremony they’d enjoy. So as the vendors said their goodbyes, they asked how they could have a similar celebration.

And that’s how they got the information for Simple Oahu Wedding, and how we ended up being their coordinator. Lucky us!

Don’t worry, though — this darling duo stayed close to home for their wedding, but they’re off to see the world. Travel is in their future, and we can’t wait to hear about all the places they visit as a husband & wife team!

A Match Made in Heaven (And Grad School)

Let’s get back to Noel & Marcus, two smiling sweethearts who seemed so relaxed and giddy at their wedding in Oahu. Though they found us recently during a beach outing, their love story dates back over a decade.

That’s when they were both in grad school, looking forward to careers and life beyond their classrooms. Like most great love stories, they met, became friends, fell in love, found a house together, and got a dog (shout out to Louie!). And in 2020, they got engaged.

These days, they’re still rocking the world of academia — Noel as a Vice Principal and Marcus as a high school teacher. And though they’re always looking forward to what’s next, they’re also focusing on the now, enjoying this incredible season of life as newlyweds!
