Held at the stunning Lanikuhonua Cultural Institute, this day was nothing short of perfect for the couple and their loved ones. Lexy, a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in oncology with acute leukemia patients, and Davin, a passionate registered dietitian working for the non-profit organization Fit to Recover, tied the knot in a ceremony that beautifully reflected their love and commitment.

The couple, who met through mutual friends right before COVID, have shared many adventures together, from hiking and camping to river rafting and snowshoeing. Davin’s proposal during a camping trip at Smith and Morehouse Reservoir in Utah was a testament to their love for the outdoors. Although they live in a different state, they knew they wanted a small wedding and enlisted us to coordinate the event, ensuring everything was just right! And it couldn’t have been more lovely!

Davin, born and raised in Honolulu, was overjoyed to share his beloved Hawaii with Lexy on their special day. The setting at Lanikuhonua was breathtaking, with its lush tropical surroundings and serene beach backdrop. Have you ever dreamed of a beach wedding that combines the beauty of the ocean with the joy of family? Caitlin and Robinson’s Oahu beach wedding was exactly that – a beautiful, happy, and incredibly special celebration.

Together for the past 17 years, Caitlin and Robinson share two sweet girls, ages nine and six. While Robinson works as a digital designer and Caitlin handles medical records from home, they consider themselves homebodies who love spending time together as a family. With two fur babies at home completing their household, they cherish their time at the beach, frequently visiting the Oregon coast during the summer. Family means everything to them!

Their decision to have a small beach wedding in Oahu was a perfect blend of their love for the beach and the desire to create a memorable vacation for their guests. Interestingly, they booked their wedding before getting engaged, wanting to ensure their loved ones had plenty of time to plan and save for the trip. This unconventional yet very considerate approach added a unique charm to their story! And as you’ll see it was a wonderful day!

Simple & Sweet

Their Oahu beach wedding day was intimate, relaxed, and filled with love. Caitlin and Robinson exchanged their promises in a heartwarming ceremony that included their two daughters, making it even more special. The girls were the light of their lives, and seeing them involved in the ceremony was incredibly sweet. Living the country life as a horticulturist and an engineer, they enjoy road trips, hikes, and the occasional horseback riding lesson for Bradley. With a shared passion for viticulture, their love story blossomed through mutual friends, having known each other since high school. After four wonderful years together, Bradley surprised Jessica with a proposal at Craggy Range Winery on January 26, 2023, surrounded by friends. It was perfect!
